HOW TO ACCESS THE EBU WEBSITE RESTRICTED ACCESS AREA

You have been granted access to the Internal Audit Group’s web pages.

If you were not previously registered on EBU’s website (http://www.ebu.ch), this has now been done for you. All you need to do is retrieve your username and password.

Retrieving your Username and Password

You can retrieve your username and password either by pointing your web browser to http://www.ebu.ch/msg/pNotifLostPassword.php and entering your e-mail address, or by following the steps described below:

  1. Enter http://www.ebu.ch in the web address field of your web browser. The EBU home page shows up.
  2. On the top horizontal bar, click on ‘EBU Lounge’.

  3. The EBU Lounge log-in page is displayed. Click on the “Forgotten your password?” link.

  4. The system lets you retrieve your password. Simply enter your e-mail address and click on “OK”. You should receive an e-mail with your username and password shortly.

N.B. Do not forget to access to the registration procedure using the same e-mail address at which you receive the communications of the Internal Audit Group. If you use another address the system will not let you log in.

Changing your Password

If you want to change your password to something easier to remember, please follow the steps below:

  1. Enter http://www.ebu.ch in the web address field of your web browser. EBU’s home page will show up.
  2. On the top horizontal bar, click on ‘EBU Lounge’.

  3. Enter your username and password in the log-in form and click “GO”

  4. You are now in the EBU Lounge. Click on the “my profile” link to access your profile information

  5. Enter your current password [1] – the one you have just received by e-mail

  6. Type your new password [2] – something you easily remember, but also not easy to guess
  7. Type your new password again, as confirmation [3]
  8. Click on Submit [4]

Congratulations! You are done!
